This program replaces AutoCAD's "plot" command and forces users to enter a valid project number prior to plotting. The date & time, user's login name, project number, plot size, and drawing name are sent to individual log files in order to easily
collect the data. This little program makes a huge difference to your bottom line by enabling you to accurately charge for consumables such
as ink, paper and plot administration.
Modifications:
Examples of modification for other customers has been: the "Project
Number" can be more or less digits or drop down, "Plot Size" can be any
size your company uses, output can be a text file, SQL, MySQL, MS Access
database or MS Excel spreadsheet.
